Delete a Workspace

Deleting a FootPrints Workspace can consists of up to three steps:

Deleting a Workspace from FootPrints removes the Workspace from within FootPrints, but it does not delete the data.  To delete the actual database, it must be removed on the host computer, outside of FootPrints.  When a Workspace is deleted, FootPrints displays where the data for that Workspace is stored and how to delete it.

You may also delete users when you delete a Workspace.  In addition, if there are any FootPrints users who are members of only the deleted Workspace, FootPrints allows you delete them at the same time as the Workspace.

To delete a FootPrints Workspace:

  1. Select the Workspace name from the drop-down list labeled Delete Workspace
  2. Click GO.  A page is displayed describing where the database is located and which users may be deleted.
  3. Choose which, if any, users to delete and click GO on this page to delete the Workspace from FootPrints.
